We will meet at the agreed time in the heart of Madrid. Once we are all together, we will start a complete guided visit to two of the most representative monuments of the capital: the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral.

We will begin by admiring the imposing Almudena Cathedral. Did you know that its construction lasted more than 110 years? During that time, its architectural style changed as many as three times. We will tell you the most surprising curiosities of its history and the controversies surrounding its creation. After that, you will have the opportunity to explore the main nave on your own.

In front of the cathedral stands one of the most emblematic buildings in Madrid: the majestic Royal Palace. With its 3,418 rooms, it is even larger than the palaces of Versailles and Buckingham.

We will access the interior to discover its most notable rooms: the impressive Throne Room, decorated with frescoes by Tiepolo; the elegant main staircase; the Column Room; and the Royal Chapel, among other spaces that reflect the grandeur of Spanish Baroque.

After approximately two hours and fifteen minutes of touring, we will conclude the visit at the main entrance of the Royal Palace.

Yesterday I took a tour with Carmen Bríones of the Royal Palace in Madrid. It was excellent! We were a small group, and it felt very intimate. We loved Carmen!
