The ticket for children under 5 does not include an audioguide. Important: Ticket issuance time may vary by up to 30 minutes from the time selected during purchase. Before your visit, we recommend reading the instructions for the audioguide app that you will receive by email. Make sure to bring your own headphones and a smartphone with enough battery on the day of the visit to fully enjoy the experience. Do not forget to bring a document proving eligibility for your reduced ticket—e.g., Youth Card or an identity document showing you are over 65. Please check your spam or promotions folder, especially if you use Hotmail, Outlook, or Yahoo. On certain dates, due to high demand and to avoid overbookings, an availability request is used; this is indicated when you proceed to payment. Within 72 hours you will be informed whether there are places available. If the booking is made within that period, you will receive a prompt reply. The amount will be pre‑authorized with the booking request to ensure funds are available if there is availability.
