The National Museum of Contemporary Art Reina Sofía is one of the leading references of contemporary art in Madrid, alongside Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza. With this ticket, you will explore a collection of over 20,000 works by artists such as Dalí, Picasso, or Miró.

• Show your official ticket at the main entrance ticket office of the museum.
• Before the visit, you will only receive adult tickets.
• Ticket price (general admission adults +18 years): 12 euros.
Child Tickets
Child tickets (under 18 years) must be obtained for free at the ticket office on the day of the visit.

Museum Access
Entry to the Museum will be exclusively through the Sabatini Building (Plaza de Juan Goytisolo), due to the temporary closure of the Nouvel access. Access to Librería La Central will be through Ronda de Atocha.

How to get to the meeting point?
By metro: stations Estación del Arte (line 1), Atocha (line 1) and Lavapiés (line 3), all within a few minutes walking distance.
By bus: lines 6, 10, 14, 19, 26, 27, 32, 34, 37, 45 and C03, with stops very close to the museum.
By Cercanías: from the station Madrid-Atocha, located less than 10 minutes on foot from the meeting point.
Is there a cloakroom for backpacks or luggage?
Yes, the Museum has a cloakroom and lockers at both entrances. The lockers are limited and the deposit of large luggage or bulky items exceeding 50 cm on their largest side is not allowed.
Can I bring my pet?
For safety reasons, access to the Museum with companion animals is not allowed. Only accredited service dogs and emotional support dogs are permitted.
How do I obtain tickets for those under 18 years old?
Tickets for those under 18 years old are free and must be obtained directly at the museum ticket office, where the documentation granting access is checked. Tickets can also be obtained by those over 65 years old, individuals in a legal unemployment situation, active teaching staff, family groups, and people with disabilities.
