Walking: from the center, you can walk up the Cuesta de Gomérez or the Cuesta del Rey Chico.

Number of participants

The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.

The guide will give you the access tickets at the meeting point, just before the guided tour begins.

Waiting list

In case you book the waiting list option:
- If you choose this option, you will enter a waiting list in case of cancellations or availability of tickets for the Alhambra at the last minute.
- Our confirmation rate is 96%.
- The maximum confirmation deadline is 8 hours before the time of the visit.
- If the entry is not confirmed, the amount paid will be released and you will receive a full refund.
- The access time to the Nazarí Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email once availability arises.
- Remember that the access hours are: from 15/10 to 31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00 and from 01/04 to 14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00.
- You can leave the waiting list by sending an email to mytoptour@gmail.com as long as you have not received confirmation of your tickets.

Cancellation Policy

Once the reservation request is made, no changes or cancellations are allowed, and there will be no refunds, due to the official monument regulations, which require tickets to be nominative, with full name and confirmed visit date, without modification or return, even if the reservation is still being processed.
