Our team will meet you at My Top Tour Welcome Center, located at Paseo de la Sabica, 32, right in front of the Alhambra. You can easily get there: By urban bus: lines C30 and C32, with a stop very close by. By car: parking at the Official Alhambra Parking, just a few minutes walking from the meeting point. Walking: from the center, you can walk up via Cuesta de Gomérez or Cuesta del Rey Chico.

Waiting List

If you book the waiting list option:
- If you choose this option, you will enter a waiting list in case there are cancellations or availability of tickets for the Alhambra at the last minute.
- Our confirmation rate is 96%.
- The maximum confirmation deadline is 8 hours before the time of the visit.
- If the entry is not confirmed, the amount paid will be unlocked, and you will receive a full refund.
- The access time to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email once availability is confirmed.
- Remember that the access hours are: from 15/10 to 31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00 and from 01/04 to 14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00.
- You can leave the waiting list by sending an email to mytoptour@gmail.com as long as you have not received confirmation of your tickets.

Cancellation Policy

Once the reservation request has been made, no changes or cancellations are permitted, and no refunds will be issued, due to the official monument regulation, which requires that tickets be nominative, with full name and confirmed date of visit, with no possibility of modification or return, even if the reservation is still in the process of management.
