The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.

If you choose this option, you will enter a waiting list in case of cancellations or if last-minute tickets for the Alhambra become available.
Our confirmation rate is 96%.
The maximum confirmation time is 8 hours before the visit time.
If the entrance is not confirmed, the amount paid will be unlocked and you will receive a full refund.
The access time to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email once availability is confirmed.
Remember that the access schedule is: from 15/10 to 31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00 and from 01/04 to 14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00.
You can leave the waiting list by sending an email to mytoptour@gmail.com as long as you have not received confirmation of your tickets.
Once the reservation request is made, changes or cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be made, due to the official monument regulations, which require tickets to be personalized, with full name and confirmed visit date, with no possibility of modification or refund, even if the reservation is still under process.

Our team will meet you at My Top Tour Welcome Center, located at Paseo de la Sabica, 32, directly in front of the Alhambra. You can easily reach it:
By urban bus: lines C30 and C32, with a very nearby stop.
By car: parking at the Official Alhambra Parking, just a few minutes walk from the meeting point.
Walking: from the center, you can go up Cuesta de Gomérez or Cuesta del Rey Chico.

The best part was our guide, Jana, who provided very detailed and enjoyable explanations. On a negative note, the company gives very little information; you have to do quite a bit of research to know where to go, what’s included... they don’t send the tickets automatically...
Nice night visit, which could have been more enjoyable if it weren't for the large concentration of people, which makes such a special visit lose its value.
