Mandatory Identification

It is MANDATORY to carry a valid ID or passport (original) to access the monument.

Logistics Points

Data Verification

Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the provided data (name, surname, ID number, language…) is correct, as failure to do so will result in denial of entry to the monument.

Accessibility

The route for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.

Number of Participants

The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, an audioguide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.

If you choose the options with flamenco/guided tour of Albaicín and Sacromonte, we will contact you to determine the times they will be held. 

Tour Time

  • The reserved time does not correspond to the entry into the Nazarí Palaces; the visit may start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.
  • In the case of booking the guided tour at 10:30, please note that the departure time may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled, nor will you receive any refund.
