The route for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
Number of Participants
The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, an audioguide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.

Is the tour guided or with audio guide?
The tour is guided and conducted by a trained and accredited guide, who will accompany you throughout the visit and provide detailed explanations about each point of interest.
What is the validity period of the card?
From the day of the Alhambra Tour, you have 48 hours to use the rest of the services that this City Card provides access to.
How do I activate the Granada Card?
It is not necessary to activate it, you just must present it at the monuments to access. For the transport tickets, you can pick them up at the City Hall in Plaza del Carmen or at the stops of line 4 Gran Vía Cathedral by entering the BUS LOC number shown on the voucher into the machine.
What time is the Alhambra tour?
The tour starts at the time selected during the purchase process and sent via email. Please do not confuse the start time of the guided tour with the entry time to the Nasrid Palaces (sent in the Granada Card voucher).
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to the departure time indicated on the reservation voucher.
How do I get to the meeting point?
Our team will welcome you at My Top Tour Welcome Center, located at Paseo de la Sabica, 32, right in front of the Alhambra. You can easily get there:
By city bus: lines C30 and C32, with a very close stop.
By car: parking at the Official Alhambra Parking, just a few minutes walking from the meeting point.
Walking: from the center, you can walk up Cuesta de Gomérez or Cuesta del Rey Chico.
