  • It is essential to arrive at the meeting point (Paseo de la Sabika 32, next to Hotel Guadalupe) 15 minutes in advance for the correct organization of the group.

  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID as it may be requested at one of the monument's entrances.

  • The route for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.

  • The Palace of Charles V may be closed on some days due to organizational reasons from the Alhambra Board or events such as the International Festival of Music and Dance. In this case, the customer is offered the option to visit it at no additional cost at the end of the day tour.

  • The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided, and the difference will be refunded.

    • Remember that the access hours are: from 15/10 to 31/03 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and from 01/04 to 14/10 from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
