  • The Carlos V Palace may be closed on some days for organizational reasons of the Patronage of the Alhambra or for events such as the International Festival of Music and Dance. In this case, the customer is offered the option to visit it at no additional cost at the end of the daytime visit.
  • The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.
  • From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled, nor will any refund be issued.
