    • You will enter only if there are cancellations or last-minute tickets (96% confirmation).
    • The maximum confirmation is 8 hours before; if not confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
    • The access time to the Nasrid Palaces will be notified by email based on availability. Timings: 15/10–31/03 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 01/04–14/10 from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
    • You can cancel the waiting list until 8:00 PM the day before by writing to mytoptour@gmail.com.

     

  • How to get to the meeting point?

    Our team will meet you at My Top Tour Welcome Center, located at Paseo de la Sabica, 32, right in front of the Alhambra. You can easily get there:

    • By urban bus: lines C30 and C32, with a stop very close.

    • By car: parking at the Official Alhambra Parking, just a few minutes walking from the meeting point.

    • Walking: from the center, you can go up via Cuesta de Gomérez or Cuesta del Rey Chico.
