How to get to the meeting point?
Our team will meet you next to the Prado National Museum, one of the main cultural references in Madrid. You can easily get there:
By metro: stations Atocha (line 1), Bank of Spain (line 2) and Art Station (line 1), all within a few minutes walking distance.
By bus: lines 001, 10, 14, 27, 34, 37, 45 and C03, with stops near the museum.
By Cercanías: from the Madrid-Atocha station, located about 10 minutes on foot from the meeting point.
Can I take photographs inside?*
For conservation and security reasons of the artworks, taking photographs or making video recordings inside the Prado Museum is not allowed.
Is there a cloakroom for backpacks or luggage?
Yes. The Prado Museum has a free cloakroom service where visitors can deposit coats and personal items that cannot be taken into the exhibition rooms. However, this service is not guaranteed. To facilitate access, we recommend coming only with small bags.
Is there a café or restaurant inside the museum?
Yes. The Prado Museum has a café located in the Jerónimos Lobby (Jerónimos Building, floor 0), where you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. A dream place. The guide explained the entire tour very well. She gave us a lot of information. The pace of the tour was quite light, but she clarified that we could later take photos more calmly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and we weren't allowed to go back. But this place is definitely worth a visit.
