How early should I arrive?

Sagrada Família audio guide languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish and Hungarian. Sign-language guides are available in Spanish Sign Language, Catalan Sign Language and International Sign. Park Güell audio guide languages: German, French, Italian, English and Spanish. The Sagrada Família does not allow individual ticket bookings for more than 9 people; such bookings are considered group visits and access will be denied. IMPORTANT: Ticket issuance time may vary by up to 30 minutes relative to the time selected during purchase. The first time chosen during booking corresponds to the Sagrada Família entry; afterwards you can choose the time for Park Güell. Final entry times will be indicated once you receive the tickets. Do not forget your earphones and a smartphone with battery and internet connection. Follow the instructions in the audio-guide document. The Sagrada Família audio guide is not available for children under 11. If you select the Gaudí House Museum option, note that its audio guide is not included. On certain dates and due to high demand, a waitlist/request for availability may be used (shown at checkout). You will be informed within 72 hours whether places are available. For last-minute bookings, responses are prioritized. The amount will be pre-authorized to ensure funds are available if your booking is confirmed.

The availability of languages for the audio guide varies by monument:

- Languages for the Park Güell audio guide: German, French, Italian, English, and Spanish.
The Sagrada Familia does not allow individual ticket reservations for more than 6 people, as these cases would be considered a group visit. If you purchase as a group with this type of ticket, access will be denied.
IMPORTANT: The ticket issuance time may vary by up to 30 minutes from what you selected during the purchase process.
The first hour selected in the reservation process is for entry to the Sagrada Familia. After that, you can indicate what time you wish to visit Park Güell. The final time for each place's visit will be indicated once you receive the tickets.
