  • The first hour selected in the reservation process is for entry to the Sagrada Familia. After that, you can indicate what time you wish to visit Park Güell. The final time for each place's visit will be indicated once you receive the tickets.
  • Don't forget your headphones and smartphone with a charged battery and internet connection. Remember to follow the instructions in the audio guide document.
  • Audio guide not available for children under 11 years old at Sagrada Familia.
  • If selecting the option that includes the Gaudí House Museum, please note that the audio guide for that space is not included.
  • On specific dates, due to high demand for this visit and to avoid overbookings, a request for availability is made, which will be indicated when you are making the payment. You will be responded to within less than 72 hours, confirming whether there are available slots or not. If the reservation is made in less than that time frame, you will receive an urgent response. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that if there is availability, there are funds to collect it.
  • Cancellations or modifications are not allowed once the reservation request has been made.

It was a bit difficult for me to find my position on the map when I wanted to start the rout. If the map could navigate (like the google one for example) it would help a lot. But the guide and stories were great. Thank you for telling the history of the park in such a pleasant way ????
