For the Sagrada Familia:

  • If you arrive late, access to the monument is not guaranteed.

  • Audio guide not available for children under 11 years old.
  • The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected at purchase.
  • Individual bookings for more than 6 people are not allowed; they will be considered a group and may be denied access.

For the Barcelona City Sightseeing Panoramic Bus:

  • You must carry a valid passport or ID.

  • Children must be included in the reservation.
  • Pets are only allowed in carriers.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the reservation request is made, changes or cancellations will not be possible, and no refunds will be provided.
