Children must have a ticket to enter the monument, so they need to be included in the reservation.

Tickets for children under 13 years does not include an audioguide.
On certain dates, due to high demand for this visit and to avoid overbookings, a request for availability will be made, which will be indicated when you make the payment. You will receive a response within 72 hours informing you if there are available spots or not. If the reservation is made less than 72 hours ahead, you will receive an urgent response. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that funds are available for collection in case of availability.

- From Santa Justa train station: 25–30 minutes on foot to the monumental area, or 10–15 minutes by city bus or taxi. You can also connect to the MetroCentro tram (line T1) from San Bernardo or Prado.
- From the intercity bus stations (Plaza de Armas or Prado): 10–20 minutes on foot, or a few minutes by bus/taxi to the historic centre.
Where to park
- On-street blue zone: regulated, paid spaces near the centre with time limits. Check local signage for hours and rates.
- Public car parks (recommended): 24/7, well located—such as Arenal / Paseo Colón (riverfront), Cano y Cueto (by the Jardines de Murillo), Avenida de Roma (by Puerta de Jerez), Imagen / Las Setas (Encarnación area), Plaza de Armas (by the bus terminal) or Mercado de Triana (across the bridge, a pleasant walk from the centre).
Tips: the historic core has pedestrian streets and camera-controlled restricted access; avoid driving into narrow quarters like Santa Cruz or Arenal.
