Tour Route
The route may be altered due to the closure of the Sistine Chapel for special celebrations or holidays, but the rest of the Vatican Museums will be visited.
Visitors are advised to cover their shoulders and knees and refrain from wearing sheer clothing or low-cut tops. They should also keep their heads uncovered.
Access with suitcases, large bags, or bulky luggage is not permitted.

Our team will welcome you at the main entrance of the accommodation at Via Santamaura, 28, located just a few steps from the Vatican Museums and in the heart of the historic neighborhood of Prati. The staff will be waiting to greet you and facilitate your access. You can easily get there:
By metro: line A (Orange Line), getting off at the Ottaviano - San Pietro station, which is less than a 5-minute walk from the entrance.
By bus: lines 23, 49, 492, and 913, with stops very close to the street and direct connections to the rest of the city.
Walking: from St. Peter's Square (Vatican) or the famous Via Cola di Rienzo, it's a pleasant 10-minute walk.
Is there a cloakroom at the Vatican Museums?
Yes, the Vatican Museums have a free cloakroom service where large backpacks, umbrellas, and suitcases must be left. It is located next to the main entrance.
