    Our team will welcome you at the Touristation Aracoeli office located right in Piazza D'Ara Coeli, 16, just at the foot of the imposing Altar of the Fatherland (Piazza Venezia). The customer service staff will be waiting for you inside to manage your tickets. You can easily reach the office:

    • By bus: lines 30, 40, 60, 64, 70, 80, and 170, getting off at the Piazza Venezia stop, which is less than 2 minutes' walk from the office.

    • By metro: line B (Blue Line), getting off at the Colosseo station. From there, you can take a pleasant 10-12 minute walk along the Via dei Fori Imperiali.

    • On foot: from the historic Roman Forum, the Campidoglio, or the Jewish Quarter (Ghetto), the office is just a 5-minute walk away.

  • Is there a cloakroom at the Colosseum?

    No, the Colosseum does not have a cloakroom or luggage storage for personal items. For security reasons, it is strictly prohibited to enter with bulky backpacks, suitcases, large strollers, or weapons of any kind.

    If you are traveling with luggage, it is advisable to use one of the private luggage storage services located around the Colosseo metro station or at the nearby Roma Termini station before heading to your visit.
