1. Guided Tour without transportation
Meeting point: Château de Versailles – under the statue of Louis XIV, Place d'Armes, 78000 Versailles
On foot
From the Versailles Château – Rive Gauche station, walk approximately 10 minutes to the main entrance of the Palace. The meeting point is under the equestrian statue of Louis XIV, in the square in front of the palace.
Bus
From Paris to Versailles: Line 171 (RATP)
Final stop: Versailles Château (a few minutes' walk from the Palace).
Local buses in Versailles (stop near the Palace): Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 Stop: Versailles Château / Place d'Armes
Metro / Train
RER C towards Versailles Château – Rive Gauche, get off at Versailles Château – Rive Gauche (last stop) and walk 10 minutes to the Palace.
