  • What time does each activity have, which one should I choose? arrow
    The visiting hour for the Alhambra is the one selected during the booking process. You will receive an email indicating the time of the flamenco show.
  • Does the tour include entry to the Nasrid Palaces? arrow
    Yes, if you select the Nasrid Palaces option during the purchase process. Otherwise, you will visit the entire monumental complex except for this area.
  • How early should I arrive? arrow
    We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the departure time indicated on your reservation voucher.
  • How do I get from one activity to another? arrow
    To get from the Alhambra to Campo del Príncipe 7, you have several options: By urban bus: take the microbus C30 or C32 from the Alhambra - Generalife stop towards the center. Get off at Plaza Nueva and continue walking for about 10 minutes towards the Realejo neighborhood until you reach Campo del Príncipe. Walking: you can go down the Cuesta de Gomérez to Plaza Nueva and from there head up towards the Realejo. The journey takes about 20-25 minutes.
  • Full entry to the Alhambra with access to: Nazarite Palaces, the Alcazaba, Generalife and Gardens, and the Palace of Charles V.
  • Complete audio guide for the Alhambra.
  • Entry to the flamenco show.
  • 1 drink during the show (if you choose the option during booking).

  • Children under 5 years old do not include an audio guide.
  • Before making the payment, re-confirm that the provided details (name, surname, ID number, language…) are correct, as if they are not, entry to the monument will be denied.
  • To collect the audio guide, a deposit of 50 € is required, which will be returned when it is handed back in good condition.
  • It is essential to bring a valid passport or ID as it is required for all access to the monument. Photos and photocopies are not valid.
  • The time selected during the booking process does not correspond to entry into the Nazarite Palaces; you can start your visit from the Alcazaba or the Generalife. 
  • You will receive an email confirming the final time of the flamenco show.
  • From the moment the reservation request is made, changes or cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be issued.
