Our team will welcome you at My Top Tour Welcome Center, located at Paseo de la Sabica, 32, right in front of the Alhambra. You can easily get there: By urban bus: lines C30 and C32, with a very close stop. By car: parking at the Official Alhambra Parking, just a few minutes walk from the meeting point. Walking: from the center, you can go up the Cuesta de Gomérez or the Cuesta del Rey Chico.

High Demand

Sometimes it will only be possible to book without the Nasrid Palaces due to high demand, so we recommend booking in advance.

Waiting List

If you select the waiting list option:
- You will only enter if there are cancellations or last minute tickets (96% confirmation).
- The maximum confirmation is 8 hours in advance; if it is not confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
- The access time to the Nasrid Palaces will be notified by email according to availability. Schedules: 15/10–31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00 and 01/04–14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00.
- You can leave the waiting list by sending an email to mytoptour@gmail.com as long as you have not received confirmation of your tickets.

Cancellation Policy

From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled, nor will you receive any refund.
