Does the tour include tickets to the Nasrid Palaces?

Yes, if you select the option for Nasrid Palaces during the purchasing process. Otherwise, you will visit the entire monumental complex except for this area.

What documentation do I need to bring?

It is essential to bring your original ID or passport, as the Alhambra requires identity verification at the entrance. The ticket is nominative, so the details must exactly match your document.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to the departure time indicated on your reservation voucher.

How do I get to the meeting point?

Our team will greet you at My Top Tour Welcome Center, located at Paseo de la Sabica, 32, right in front of the Alhambra. You can easily get there: By urban bus: lines C30 and C32, with a stop very close. By car: parking at the Official Parking of the Alhambra, just a few minutes' walk from the meeting point. Walking: from downtown, you can walk up the Cuesta de Gomérez or the Cuesta del Rey Chico.

The wheelchair route does not reach all areas.

Visit Time

The reserved time does not correspond to the Nasrid Palaces; the visit may start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.

Check-in Time

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the chosen time.

Only the tickets available for the chosen date and time are shown; if there is only one, the included accesses are detailed.

High Demand

Sometimes you may only be able to book without the Nasrid Palaces due to high demand, so we recommend booking in advance.

Waitlist

If you select the option with a waitlist:
- You will enter only if there are cancellations or last-minute tickets (96% confirmation).
- The maximum confirmation is 8 hours in advance; if it is not confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
- The access time to the Nasrid Palaces will be notified by email based on availability. Timings: 15/10–31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00 and 01/04–14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00.
- You can leave the waitlist by sending an email to mytoptour@gmail.com as long as you have not received confirmation of your tickets.
