Where do I pick up the audio guide?
You can pick up the physical audio guide at our My Top Tour Welcome Center located opposite the Alhambra at Paseo de la Sabica, 32.
Does the tour include the ticket to the Nasrid Palaces?
Yes, if you select the option for Nasrid Palaces during the purchase process. Otherwise, you will visit the entire monumental complex except for this area.
What documentation should I bring?
It is essential to bring your original ID or passport, as the Alhambra requires identity verification for access. The ticket is nominative, so the details must exactly match your document.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to the departure time indicated on your reservation voucher.
How do I get to the meeting point?
Our team will welcome you at My Top Tour Welcome Center, located at Paseo de la Sabica, 32, right in front of the Alhambra. You can easily get there:
By urban bus: lines C30 and C32, with a very close stop.
By car: parking at the Official Alhambra Parking, just a few minutes walk from the meeting point.
Walking: from the center, you can go up the Cuesta de Gomérez or the Cuesta del Rey Chico.

Everything was excellent.
They should use lighter devices for the audio guide; carrying a mobile phone hanging for so long is heavy.
