Installation Tutorial

Before making the payment, reconfirm that the provided information (name, surname, ID number, language...) is correct, as incorrect details may result in denied entry to the monument.
It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID, as it is required at all entrances to the monument. Photos or photocopies are not valid.
The reserved time does not correspond to entry into the Nazarí Palaces, the visit may start with the Alcazaba or Generalife.
The route for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
If you choose the options with flamenco/guided tour of Albaicín and Sacromonte, we will contact you to confirm the times.
The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided, and the difference will be refunded.
If booking the guided visit at 10:30 AM, please note that the departure time may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
