• Before making the payment, reconfirm that the provided information (name, surname, ID number, language...) is correct, as incorrect details may result in denied entry to the monument.
• It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID, as it is required at all entrances to the monument. Photos or photocopies are not valid.
• The reserved time does not correspond to entry into the Nazarí Palaces, the visit may start with the Alcazaba or Generalife.
• The route for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
• If you choose the options with flamenco/guided tour of Albaicín and Sacromonte, we will contact you to confirm the times.
• The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided, and the difference will be refunded.
• If booking the guided visit at 10:30 AM, please note that the departure time may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
• On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive a reply informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is made within this period, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.

• Once the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled, nor will you receive any refund.
