In this Tour, you will visit the neighborhoods of Xochimilco and Coyoacán with an expert guide and round trip transport included. We will begin by visiting a silver carving artisan workshop, where you can learn about this art firsthand. From there, we will head to Coyoacán, a central colonial neighborhood that is currently one of the intellectual and bohemian neighborhoods of the capital. In addition to receiving explanations from the guide, you will have free time to stroll through the streets of this neighborhood and even have a light breakfast.

In this same neighborhood, we will visit the Blue House, the house-museum of Frida Kahlo where the famous Mexican artist spent most of her life. However, one of her favorite places in the capital was Xochimilco, the next stop on our tour. In this neighborhood, you will enjoy a boat ride in the canals, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. In this area, you can also stroll through the craft market and try the street food in the surroundings.

Finally, we will walk to University City to see the wonderful murals of the Rectorate and the Central Library of the National University about the history of Mexico.

Round-trip coach transportation to the meeting point. Expert Spanish-speaking guide. Trajinera boat ride through the Xochimilco canals. Ticket to the Frida Kahlo Museum (if you select the option when booking).

Remember to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity begins. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate walking clothes and footwear. If you select the option without the Frida Kahlo Museum, the tour will follow the same route without entering the museum, so it will last slightly less than 10 hours. The tour is only accessible in some areas. If you wish to do it in a wheelchair or have reduced mobility, you must be accompanied and mention it when booking. Pets are not allowed. On certain dates, due to high demand, a request for availability may be used (shown at checkout). Within 72 hours you will be informed if there are places available. If the booking is closer than that, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be held to guarantee that funds are available if the booking is confirmed.
