Discover three of the oldest and most representative cities in central Mexico: Puebla, Cholula, and Tonantzintla. This tour combines pre-Hispanic history, colonial heritage and living traditions in a unique setting among mountains, with the imposing presence of the Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl volcanoes as a backdrop.
The excursion includes round trip transportation from Mexico City and starts in Cholula, where you will visit the Great Pyramid and its archaeological surroundings. Afterwards, you will continue to Tonantzintla to learn about the Church of Santa María, an example of the fusion between indigenous and Christian traditions. Finally, you will arrive in Puebla, a UNESCO World Heritage city, where you will enjoy a guided tour and free time to explore its architecture, cuisine and the El Parián Market.
