    Show your official ticket at the ticket offices at the museum’s main entrance. Reduced and free tickets for minors under 18 can be obtained at the museum ticket office. IMPORTANT: Don’t forget your earphones and a smartphone with battery and internet connection. Be sure to follow the instructions in the audio-guide document. On certain dates, due to high demand and to avoid overbookings, a request for availability may be used; this is indicated at checkout. You will be informed within 72 hours whether places are available. If your booking is made closer than that, we will respond urgently. The amount will be pre-authorized to ensure that, in case of availability, there are funds to charge the booking.
