It is MANDATORY to carry a valid ID or passport (original) to access the monument.

Logistics Points

Children's Tickets

Children must be included in the reservation as they will be required a ticket to access the monument. Sometimes, the type of children's ticket is not available.

Check-in Time

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the activity.
 

Entrance to the monument

The guide will provide you with the access tickets at the meeting point, just before starting the guided tour.
 

Number of participants

The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be given access to a downloadable audio guide and the difference will be refunded.

Reservation during high season

During periods of high demand, the reservation is subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily held until confirmed. We will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours (sooner if the date is close).

Access to the Giralda

The night visit to the Cathedral of Seville does not include access to the Giralda for safety and organization reasons (lower visibility during that time frame).

Clothing:

Make sure to cover shoulders and knees, avoid transparency or deep necklines, and keep your head uncovered.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before 24 hours of the visit: 14 euros per person cancellation or change fee.
  • No cancellations or modifications are allowed after 24 hours before the visit.
  • IMPORTANT: Cancellation fees come into effect from the moment the reservation request is made.
