Guided Tour of Seville Cathedral

• The Cathedral of Seville is a religious site, so please dress appropriately. Visitors are recommended to cover their shoulders and knees and to refrain from wearing transparent clothing or low-cut outfits. They should also keep their heads uncovered.
• It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID as it may be required at some of the monument's entrances.
• Children must be included in the reservation as they will be required to have a ticket to access the monument. Occasionally, the type of children's ticket may not be available.
• Arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour at the meeting point.
• As this is a guided tour, the person in charge of the visit will have your access tickets to the site. 
• The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, participants will be given access to a downloadable audio guide and the difference will be refunded.

• On specific dates, due to high demand for this visit and to avoid overbookings, a request for availability is made, as indicated when you go to make the payment. A response will be provided within less than 72 hours to inform you if there are available spots or not. If the reservation is made within that timeframe, you will receive a prompt response. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that if there is availability, there are funds to charge it.

Cancellation Policy

• Before 24 hours of the visit: 14 euros per person cancellation or change fee.
• No cancellations or modifications are allowed after 24 hours before the visit.
• IMPORTANT: Cancellation fees come into effect from the moment the reservation request is made.
