Beyond the jewel of the city, the Alhambra, there is a part of Granada that must be known for the legacy left by the Catholic Monarchs.

The route of this Free Tour starts from Plaza Bib-Rambla, passing by the Catedral, the Alcaicería, or the Royal Chapel, where we will enter (ticket price not included). After that, we will get to know the Corral del Carbón, Plaza Nueva, or the Monastery of the Conception.

    • From the intercity bus station: city bus to the centre (15–25 minutes) or taxi (10–15 minutes).

    Parking options

    • On-street (blue zone): paid, time-limited spaces near the centre. Check signs for hours and limits.
    • Public car parks (recommended): secure, 24/7 facilities close to the old town such as San Agustín (Cathedral area), Puerta Real / Neptuno (good for shopping district), Triunfo (north edge of centre), or Palacio de Congresos / Paseo del Violón (easy access and a pleasant walk riverside).

    Tips: the historic centre has pedestrian streets and restricted access; avoid driving into the Albaicín. Use a car park and continue on foot or by bus. If your hotel is in the old town, ask them about permitted access and loading areas.
