Westminster, the district of the British capital that is currently the heart of the whole country. The official residences of the King of England and the Prime Minister, as well as the seat of Parliament, are all located in this corner of the city. In just 2 and a half hours, you will connect with the essence of London and the UK through these monuments.

On this Free Tour, one of our expert guides will show you the most popular places in central London, on the north bank of the Thames. In the Westminster district, we will see famous monuments such as Buckingham Palace, the official residence of King Charles III, and the Wellington Barracks. If we are lucky and catch the Changing of the Guard, we will watch the Royal Guard leave this barracks en route to Buckingham. From there, we will walk to Westminster Abbey, the church where the most important ceremonies of the British Crown have taken place. Right next door, by the Thames, we will find the Houses of Parliament, which are easily recognized by the Big Ben tower.

On our way to St. James Park – one of London’s green lungs, where Princess Diana used to stroll – we will pass by the doors of the traditional tea shop Fortnum and Mason. Finally, we will cross the red street The Mall to reach the last stop of the tour at 10th Downing Street, the official residence of the British Prime Minister.
