Tickets to the Castle

If you want to visit the interior of Neuschwanstein Castle, you will have to purchase the tickets on your own. You should note that the entry time that best fits our schedule is from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, as we will arrive in Hohenschwangau at approximately 12:30 PM and will leave at 4:15 PM.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the activity. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, arrive late, or do not show up, no amount will be refunded.
