  • Access is free for children under 4 years old.
  • Reserved access to the Eiffel Tower is subject to restrictions: security checks or unforeseen traffic may cause wait times that can sometimes exceed 1 hour.
  • As entry times are set by the Eiffel Tower, the ascent may take place up to 3 hours after the scheduled departure time.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the visit and out of respect for all participants, we kindly ask you to arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the start of the visit.
  • On specific dates, due to high demand for this visit and to avoid overbookings, a request for availability is made, which is indicated when you proceed to payment. You will be informed within less than 72 hours whether spots are available or not. If the reservation is made less than that time, you will be responded to urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to charge it.
