Reserved access to the Eiffel Tower is subject to restrictions: security checks or unforeseen traffic may cause a waiting time that can sometimes exceed 1 hour. Because entry depends on times allocated by the Eiffel Tower, the ascent may take place up to 3 hours after the indicated departure time. For the smooth running of the visit and out of respect for all participants, please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour starts. On certain dates, due to high demand, a request for availability may be used (indicated at checkout). Within 72 hours you will be informed whether there are places available. If the booking is made within that window, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be held to guarantee that, in case of availability, there are funds to charge it.
