Alhambra + Granada Panoramic Tour

All visits for this combined activity take place on the same day you choose when booking. You will be able to access the Alhambra within the general schedule of the monument and you must access the Nasrid Palaces during the time slot specified on the ticket.

• Panoramic Bus: 12:15
• Alhambra Complex: 8:30–18:00 (winter) and 8:30-20:00 (summer)
• Nasrid Palaces: 16:00–17:00 (reserved access with assigned time)

Visit to the Alhambra

• Before payment, confirm that your details (name, ID, language…) are correct, otherwise you will not be able to enter.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid passport or ID for all accesses.
• Children need a ticket, so they must be included in the reservation. However, children under 5 years old do not include an audio guide.
• We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the chosen time.
• To pick up the audio guide, a deposit of 50 € is required, refundable upon return in good condition.
• The wheelchair-accessible route does not reach all areas.
• Only tickets available for the chosen date and time are displayed, and the included access details are provided during the reservation process.
• Depending on the date, access without the Nasrid Palaces may only be possible to book due to high demand, so we recommend booking in advance.

Panoramic Tour of Granada

• The bus follows a fixed itinerary; you can only get on and off the bus at established stops and with the guide.
• Not all stops are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The tour requires a minimum group of 8 participants to take place.
• The route may be modified according to operational management or force majeure.
• The tour is conducted in the selected language, subject to availability. In these cases, it will be conducted in Spanish and English simultaneously.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the booking request has been made, it cannot be changed or cancelled, nor will you receive any refund.
