It is MANDATORY to carry a valid ID or passport (original) to access the monument.
Visit Time
All tours for this combined activity take place on the same day that you choose when booking. You will have access to the Alhambra within the general opening hours of the monument and you must access the Nazarite Palaces during the time slot specified on your ticket.

• Nazarite Palaces: 16:00–17:00 (reserved access with assigned time)

Tickets for Minors
Children require a ticket, so they must be included in the reservation.
Audioguide for Children
Children under 5 years old do not include an audioguide in the Alhambra.

Accessibility

• Panoramic Bus: not all stops are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
High Season Reservation
Depending on the date, access without the Nazarite Palaces may only be reserved due to high demand, so we recommend booking in advance.

The tour will take place as long as a minimum of 8 participants is reached in total.
Format of the Panoramic Tour of Granada
The tour is conducted in the selected language, subject to availability. In such cases, it will be conducted in Spanish and English simultaneously.

How does the Panoramic Tour work?
It is a fixed route with stops at the main points of the city for exploration accompanied by an expert local guide.
Does the tour include tickets to the Nasrid Palaces?
Yes, if you select the option for Nasrid Palaces during the purchase process. Otherwise, you will visit the entire monumental complex except for this area.
In what order are the visits made?
The start time of the Panoramic Tour is the one selected during the booking process. You can visit the Alhambra all day except for the Nasrid Palaces, which have a fixed access time indicated on the ticket you will receive via email.
What documentation should I bring?
You must bring your original ID or passport, as the Alhambra requires identity verification upon entry. The ticket is non-transferable, so your information must exactly match your document.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early before the departure time indicated on the reservation voucher.
How do I get to the meeting point?
In this combined tour, both tours start at our My Top Tour Welcome Office at Paseo de la Sabica, 32.
By urban bus: lines C30 and C32, with a stop very close by.
By car: parking at the Official Alhambra Parking, just a few minutes' walk from the meeting point.
On foot: from the center, you can walk up the Cuesta de Gomérez or the Cuesta del Rey Chico.
Additionally, the Panoramic Tour also offers departure from Plaza Mariana Pineda, ideal if you are strolling through downtown Granada.
