It is MANDATORY to carry a valid ID card or passport (original) to access the monument.
Visit Time
All tours of this combined activity take place on the same day you choose when booking. You will have access to the Alhambra within the general schedule of the monument and you must access the Nasrid Palaces within the time slot specified on the ticket.

• Nasrid Palaces: 16:00–17:00 (access reserved with assigned time)

The tour will take place as long as a minimum of 8 participants in total is reached.
Format of the Panoramic Tour of Granada
The tour is conducted in the selected language, subject to availability. In these cases, it will be conducted in both Spanish and English simultaneously.

How does the Panoramic Tour work?
It is a fixed route with stops at the main points of the city for exploration accompanied by an expert local guide.
Does the tour include tickets to the Nasrid Palaces?
Yes, if you select the option for Nasrid Palaces during the purchasing process. Otherwise, you will visit the entire monumental complex except for this area.
In what order are the visits conducted?
The starting time of the Panoramic Tour is the one selected during the booking process. You will be able to visit the Alhambra throughout the day except for the Nasrid Palaces, which have a fixed access time indicated on the ticket you will receive by email.
What documentation should I bring?
You must bring your original ID or passport, as the Alhambra requires identity verification at the entrance. The ticket is personalized, so the details must match exactly with your document.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to the departure time indicated on your booking voucher.
How do I get to the meeting point?
In this combined tour, both tours start at our My Top Tour Welcome Office at Paseo de la Sabica, 32.
By urban bus: lines C30 and C32, with a stop very close.
By car: parking at the Alhambra Parking, just a few minutes walk from the meeting point.
On foot: from the center, you can walk up the Cuesta de Gomérez or the Cuesta del Rey Chico.
Additionally, the Panoramic Tour also offers departure from the Plaza Mariana Pineda, ideal if you are strolling through the center of Granada.
