With the entrance to the Alhambra, you will have access to the entire monument: the Nazarí Palaces (if you choose this option), The Alcazaba, the Generalife Palace and its wonderful gardens, the Charles V Palace and the monumental surroundings, all without queuing to purchase tickets.

  • Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID number, language…) is correct, as if it is not, you will be refused entry to the monument.
  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it is required at all entrances to the monument.
  • Children must bring a ticket to access the monument, so it is essential to include them in the reservation.
  • When you pick up your audio guide device, you will be asked to leave a deposit of 50 euros. This deposit will be returned to you upon delivery of the device, after verifying that it is in perfect condition.
  • The tour for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
  • On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, you are making a request for availability. It is indicated during the payment process. Within a period of less than 72 hours, you will be answered informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is made in less than 72 hours from the start of the activity, you will be answered urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to charge the reservation.
  • The reserved time does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start with the Alcazaba or Generalife.
  • Tickets for children under 5 do not include audio guide.
  • We recommend that you arrive around 30 minutes before the chosen time.
  • In case of booking the waiting list option:
    • If you choose this option you will be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations or last minute availability of ticket
    • Our confirmation rate is 96
    • The deadline for confirmation is 8 hours before the time of your visit.
    • If the tickets are not confirmed, the amount paid will be unblocked and you will receive a full refund.
    • The time of access to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email upon availability. Remember that the access schedules are: from 10/15 to 03/31 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and from 04/01 to 10/14 from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
    • If you wish to leave the waiting list, please send an email requesting it to [email protected] until 20:00 the day before the visit.
  • Please note that only ticket types available for the selected date and time are shown. In case there is only one type of ticket available, you will be specified which accesses are included in your visit in the 2nd step. We recommend that you carefully read the information displayed during your reservation process.
  • On certain occasions you will only be given the option to book the visit that does NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to the high demand and the reduced availability of the complete visit (with Nasrid Palaces). That is why we always recommend booking well in advance

Besichtigung Alhambra war beeindruckend. Empfang des Audioguides ist nahe dem Eingang problemlos zu erreichen. Lediglich nach Beendigung der Besichtigung ist es dann schon anstrengend wieder zum Büro zu laufen um den Guide abzugeben. Fazit: Gute Infos vorab, freundliches Personal. Kann man buchen!
