With the entrance to the Alhambra, you will have access to the entire monument: the Nazarí Palaces (if you choose this option), The Alcazaba, the Generalife Palace and its wonderful gardens, the Charles V Palace and the monumental surroundings, all without queuing to purchase tickets.

  • Before payment, confirm that your details (name, ID, language…) are correct; otherwise, you will not be allowed entry.
  • A valid passport or ID is required for all access points.
  • Children need a ticket and must be included in the booking.
  • To collect the audio guide, a €50 deposit is required, which will be refunded when returned in good condition.
  • The wheelchair route does not reach all areas.
  • The reserved time does not correspond to entry to the Nasrid Palaces; the visit may start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.
  • Children under 5 do not include an audio guide.
  • We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the chosen time.
  • If you select the waiting list option:
    • Entry is only possible if there are cancellations or last-minute tickets (96% confirmation rate).
    • Final confirmation is up to 8 hours before; if not confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
    • The Nasrid Palaces entry time will be notified by email according to availability. Schedules: 15/10–31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00, and 01/04–14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00.
    • You can cancel the waiting list until 20:00 the day before by writing to mytoptour@gmail.com.
  • Only the available tickets for the selected date and time are shown; if only one is available, included accesses will be specified.
  • Sometimes only visits without the Nasrid Palaces can be booked due to high demand, so we recommend booking in advance.
  • From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
