Installation Tutorial

Before payment, please confirm that your details (name, ID, language…) are correct; otherwise, you will not be allowed entry.
It is mandatory to carry a valid passport or ID at all entry points.
Children need a ticket, so they must be included in the reservation.
To collect the audio guide, a deposit of €50 is required, which will be refunded when the guide is returned in good condition.
The wheelchair-accessible route does not reach all areas.
The reserved time does not correspond to the Nazarí Palaces; the visit may start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.
Children under 5 years old do not include an audio guide.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the chosen time.
If you select the option with a waiting list:
- You will only enter if there are cancellations or last-minute tickets (96% confirmation rate).
- The maximum confirmation is 8 hours in advance; if not confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
- The access time to the Nazarí Palaces will be notified by email based on availability. Hours: 15/10–31/03 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 01/04–14/10 from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- You can leave the waiting list by emailing mytoptour@gmail.com as long as you have not received confirmation of your tickets.
Only tickets available for the chosen date and time are displayed; if there is only one, the included accesses are detailed.
Sometimes it will only be possible to reserve without the Nazarí Palaces due to high demand, so we recommend booking in advance.

Very good information system that tells you the history as you go along the route, although I missed more visual information to identify some of the places. Even though the information is not like that of a personal guide, it is good to make up for the lack of one.
