Visit Time
Entry is valid all day. The Orsay Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, on Thursdays until 9:45 pm. Access is allowed until one hour before closing.

How to get to the meeting point?
The museum is in the center of Paris, on the banks of the Seine, close to other tourist spots such as the Tuileries Gardens or the Louvre. You can stroll by the river or cross pedestrian bridges to easily reach from central areas.
On foot
From the Louvre Museum: crossing the Pont Royal, about ~10 minutes.
From Notre-Dame: walking downhill along the Seine, about ~25 minutes.
Metro
Line 12 – Station Solférino. Walk five minutes to the museum.
RER
RER C – Station Musée d’Orsay. Walk a few minutes.
Bus
Lines 63, 68, 69, 73, 83, 84, 87, and 94, within a short walking distance.
How early should I arrive?
It is recommended to arrive about fifteen minutes before the time stated on your ticket.
Is there a cloakroom at the Musée d'Orsay?
Yes, there is a free cloakroom for coats, small luggage, and other items subject to mandatory deposit. The maximum size is that of carry-on luggage (56x45x25 cm).
How to access the Musée d'Orsay?
Until the summer of 2028, the Musée d'Orsay will be renovating its reception areas, but it will remain open with access to all its collections.
During the works, access the museum via the Entrance Parvis (5 Rue de la Légion d'Honneur).
