The ticket is valid all day. Open from Wednesday to Monday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last entry at 5:15 PM).

Yes, there is a free cloakroom.
The cloakroom is mandatory for bulky backpacks, motorcycle helmets, large umbrellas, cabin luggage not exceeding 56 x 45 x 25 cm.
Additionally, in the cloakroom, you can request wheelchairs, folding chairs, and walking sticks, usable within the museum, upon presentation of an ID.
