Medina Azahara is an archaeological site with unpaved areas and slopes. On certain dates, due to high demand and to avoid overbookings, an availability request is used; this is indicated when you proceed to payment. Within 72 hours you will be informed whether there are places available. If the booking is made within that period, you will receive a prompt reply. The amount will be pre‑authorized with the booking request to ensure that, if there is availability, there are funds to charge it.
