Installation Tutorial

  • Remember that to use the audioguide, you will need a smartphone with internet access and headphones. You will receive a document from which you can download and use the audioguide application.
  • IMPORTANT: The ticket issuance time may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the purchase process.
  • This ticket has reserved access through a specific line at the Pyramid entrance.
  • Do not forget to bring a valid identification document with you, as the tickets are named and museum staff may ask you to identify yourself for access. 
  • It is mandatory to present a valid identity document and, if applicable, proof of residence in the European Economic Area.
  • Reserved access is subject to regulatory restrictions by the Louvre Museum: The Vigipirate Plan, security checks, or unforeseen crowding may exceptionally cause waiting times.
  • Wardrobe mandatory for large bags and backpacks, strollers, and umbrellas.
