If, on the contrary, you go to the site on your own, wait for the guide at the shuttle-bus stop and do not go up to the site on your own. On certain dates and due to high demand, a request for availability may be used (shown at checkout). You will be informed within 72 hours whether places are available. If the booking is made closer than that, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be pre-authorized to ensure funds are available if your booking is confirmed.
