The city of love and light is probably one of the European cities with the most secrets. It has a dark past filled with real mysteries and fantastic legends, are you brave enough to discover it?

In our Free Tour, we will walk through the streets of Paris, where it is rumored that dark stories and legends took place. We will start in the alleys around Rue Chanoinesse, where lived the barber and baker that inspired the legend of Sweeney Todd. We will pass by the Town Hall or Hôtel de Ville, which has a bloody past as it witnessed the first public executions in France.

The most famous buildings will also not be missed on this tour. We will uncover the dark side of Notre Dame Cathedral. Its gargoyles and chimeras give it the grim appearance that supports tales of miracles and demons such as that of the alchemist Dom Perlet and the apparitions that haunted Pablo Picasso. In addition, you will learn about the Catacombs, a world that opens up below the elegant city of Paris and was historically home to prisons where famous prisoners like the Conciergerie were held.
