Zaanse Schans

Discover what life was like in the Netherlands during the 17th and 18th centuries in this museum-village with historic houses and windmills from the Dutch Golden Age. In addition, we will visit a traditional workshop to see how clogs, the typical footwear of the region, are made.

Edam

This charming village with cobblestone streets and 16th-century churches is famous for its traditional market and its renowned cheese wheel. We will stroll through its historic center and taste cheese at a local cheese factory.

Volendam

Known for its fishing tradition, Volendam stands out for its picturesque harbor and maritime atmosphere. After the visit, you will have free time to have lunch and explore the village at your own pace.

Marken

Former fishing island with a unique culture, Marken has historically adapted to the rising sea. We will end the visit by crossing the dyke that now connects it to the mainland.
