Meanwhile, Saint Andrews is probably one of the most famous places in the world for its golf courses and distilleries.
On this tour from Edinburgh, you will visit Stirling and Saint Andrews. You will depart from Edinburgh early in the morning. The first stop will be Stirling Castle, passing by various locations that were once the filming sites of the famous movie Braveheart. Stirling Castle, a historic monument of great significance to Scottish history, houses the famous Monument to William Wallace and was the site of the coronation of monarchs like Mary I of Scotland. The next stop on this tour will be Saint Andrews, one of the oldest and most famous cities in Scotland. There you can see its Castle, the ruins of the ancient Cathedral, or the oldest golf course in the world: The Old Course.
