Built on the walls of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, Caminito del Rey is a unique natural trail in the world. It starts in the municipality of Ardales, crosses that of Antequera, and ends in El Chorro (Álora), being a total of more than 7 kilometers of aerial walkways, about 100 meters above the Guadalhorce River. It was built a century ago by the Hydrographic Society of Chorro, the owner of the Salto del Gaitanejo and Salto del Chorro, which needed its workers to access these waterfalls. The name Caminito del Rey comes from the fact that King Alfonso XIII passed through it.

In this guided tour, you will be able to discover this unique natural trail in the world. You will walk more than 7 km and contemplate the Dam of the Guadalhorce River, the Natural Area of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes and the El Chorro Reservoir or learn about the history of the place. All this in the most comfortable way possible, along with an expert guide. Moreover, this tour includes a shuttle bus from El Chorro to the North entrance access.
