All visits for this combined activity take place on the same day that you choose when booking. You will have access to the Alhambra within the general opening hours of the monument and you must access the Nasrid Palaces within the time slot specified on the ticket.

Visit to the Alhambra

• Before payment, confirm that your details (name, ID number, language...) are correct; otherwise, you will not be allowed entry.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid passport or ID at all access points.
• Children need a ticket and should be included in the reservation. However, children under 5 years old do not include an audio guide.
• We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the chosen time.
• A deposit of 50 € is required to collect the audio guide, refundable upon return in good condition.
• The wheelchair-accessible route does not reach all areas.
• Only tickets available for the selected date and time will be displayed, and the included accesses will be detailed during booking.
• Depending on the date, only access without the Nasrid Palaces may be reserved due to high demand, so we recommend booking in advance.

Panoramic Tour of Granada

• The bus follows a fixed itinerary; you can only get on and off the bus at the established stops and with the guide.
• Not all stops are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A minimum of 10 people must reserve for the activity to take place.
• The route may be modified due to operational management or force majeure reasons.
• The tour is conducted in the selected language, subject to availability. In such cases, it will be held in Spanish and English simultaneously.
