“2026 World Cup Winners – Trip to Rome for two people”
This promotion (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is organised by MNPQ Gestores Turísticos, S.L., a commercial company with tax identification number B19650613 and registered office at Calle Francisco Grande Covián, no. 20, 18100 Armilla (Granada), owner of the My Top Tour trade name (hereinafter, “My Top Tour” or the “Organiser”).

Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Official Rules.
The purpose of this Promotion is to reward users taking part in the campaign organised by My Top Tour through its official Instagram profile by drawing a trip to Rome, Italy, for two people.
The giveaway is expressly conditional upon the Spanish National Football Team being crowned champion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
If Spain does not win the tournament, the Promotion will automatically become void, no draw will be held and participants will have no right to any prize, damages or compensation.
This condition is essential and shall prevail over any other provision contained in these Official Rules.
The Promotion is open to natural persons who meet all of the following requirements:

Before awarding the prize, the Organiser may request any documentation required to verify the participant’s identity, age and residence.
The Promotion will begin on 17 July 2026, from the moment the official giveaway post is published on the My Top Tour Instagram profile.
The participation period will end on 21 July 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Spanish mainland time.
My Top Tour may extend the participation period where organisational, technical or commercial circumstances make this advisable.
Any extension will be announced before the original deadline through a post on the official My Top Tour Instagram profile, indicating the new closing date and the new expected draw date.
An extension will not affect the validity of entries correctly submitted before it was announced.
To participate in the Promotion, all of the following requirements must be met:
Each valid comment will count as a separate entry, provided that a different person is mentioned in each comment.
Entries repeating the same username mention will not be valid.
Participants may obtain one additional entry by sharing the post in their Instagram stories and correctly tagging the official My Top Tour account.
If the participant’s profile is private, they must send a screenshot by direct message as proof of the story.
Participation is completely free and does not require the purchase or contracting of any product or service.
My Top Tour reserves the right to exclude fraudulent or automated entries, entries made through fake profiles, or entries that breach these Official Rules.
After the participation period has ended, and provided that Spain has won the 2026 World Cup, a random draw will be held among all valid entries.
The draw will take place on 22 July 2026, unless the participation period has been extended.
The winner will be selected using Easypromos or another equivalent tool that guarantees a random result and can issue a certificate evidencing the process.
Three (3) reserve winners will also be selected and will replace the winner in the order drawn if any of the following circumstances arise:
The winner will have until 29 July 2026 to expressly accept the prize.
Otherwise, the winner will automatically lose all rights to it and the prize will pass to the first reserve winner and, successively, to the remaining reserve winners.
The prize consists of a trip to Rome, Italy, for two people, comprising:
*The activities may be subject to changes in schedule, route or availability for organisational or operational reasons or for reasons attributable to tourism suppliers. They may be replaced with activities of equivalent characteristics and value.
The following are not included:
The maximum value of the prize is EUR 1,150 plus any applicable VAT, with a maximum total value of EUR 1,300 including VAT.
Under no circumstances will My Top Tour be required to bear costs exceeding that amount.
The trip must be taken exclusively during September, October or November 2026 and will always be subject to the availability of flights, accommodation and activities.
The booking must be requested at least one (1) month before the intended departure date.
If the cost of the trip on the requested dates exceeds the maximum prize value, My Top Tour will propose alternative dates within the permitted travel period.
The prize:
If the companion cannot travel, there will be no right to a refund, compensation or replacement.
Any costs resulting from changes requested by the winner will be borne entirely by the winner.
The winner and their companion are solely responsible for holding all documents required for travel, including an identity card, passport, visa or any other required documentation, and for complying with the conditions of entry and stay in Italy.
The winner will also be solely responsible for meeting any tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize and for paying any taxes legally due.
Once the draw has been held, My Top Tour will contact the winner by private message through the Instagram account used to enter.
The winner’s identity may also be published in a limited manner on the official My Top Tour Instagram profile solely to announce the result of the giveaway.
The winner will have until 29 July 2026 to expressly accept the prize and provide the documentation required to arrange the trip.
If the winner does not respond within the established period, declines the prize or fails to meet any requirement contained in these Official Rules, they will automatically lose the right to the prize and the first reserve winner, followed by the remaining reserve winners, will be contacted.

The legal basis for processing is performance of the relationship arising from participation in the giveaway and compliance with legal obligations.
The data will be retained for the time required to manage the Promotion and subsequently for the legally required retention periods.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to soporte@mytoptour.es and providing adequate proof of identity.
Where a participant has given express consent through a separate, unticked checkbox, My Top Tour may send them commercial communications relating to its products, services and promotions.
Refusal to receive commercial communications will not prevent participation in this Promotion.
As a condition for accepting and enjoying the prize, the winner agrees to help publicise the travel experience by publishing at least three (3) Instagram stories from their personal account during the trip.

The winner retains full freedom over the content, format and style of the posts, provided they do not contain unlawful, offensive or discriminatory statements or material that may harm the image, reputation or rights of My Top Tour or third parties.
The winner also authorises My Top Tour, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, to share or repost those stories and any other content that the winner publishes publicly during the trip and in which My Top Tour is tagged, exclusively for promotional purposes relating to this campaign and the company’s services, on its official profiles and digital channels, for a maximum period of two (2) years, without substantially altering the content and while respecting the author’s moral rights.
An unjustified failure to comply with this obligation may be taken into account by My Top Tour in future promotional activities. However, once the trip has taken place, it will not result in a claim for the monetary value of the prize or any other financial penalty.
My Top Tour acts solely as organiser of this Promotion and as the party responsible for contracting the services included in the prize.
The company will not be liable for:
Where, for reasons beyond My Top Tour’s control, any service originally included cannot be provided, the company may replace it with another service of equivalent characteristics and value.
My Top Tour reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel this Promotion in the event of force majeure, technical, organisational or legal reasons, or any other circumstance beyond its control that prevents the normal running of the giveaway or the proper delivery of the prize.
It may also amend non-essential aspects of these Official Rules where necessary to ensure the proper operation of the Promotion.
Any amendment will be communicated through the official My Top Tour Instagram profile and, where appropriate, through any other channels considered suitable.
Such amendments will under no circumstances reduce the acquired rights of participants who have acted in accordance with these Official Rules.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated in any way with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Participants expressly release Instagram from any liability arising from the running of this Promotion.
Information provided by participants will be processed solely by MNPQ Gestores Turísticos, S.L., as organiser of the Promotion, and never by Instagram.
The prize offered under this Promotion is subject to the applicable Spanish tax rules.
If receipt of the prize gives rise to tax obligations for the winner, they will be borne entirely by the winner.
My Top Tour will not bear any payment on account of Spanish Personal Income Tax (IRPF) or any other tax obligation that may arise for the winner as a result of accepting the prize.
The winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations.
These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
Any disputes arising in connection with the interpretation, performance or compliance with these Official Rules shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under the consumer and user protection regulations in force at the relevant time.
The nullity or invalidity of any clause contained in these Official Rules will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain fully in force.
