This company is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Granada, Volume 1644, Book 0, Page 38, Sheet GR-50771, First Registration.

SECOND.- PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
MY TOP TOUR provides the public (hereinafter referred to as the user) who accesses https://www.mytoptour.es/ (hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE), with information and data (hereinafter CONTENT and/or SERVICES), through an informative website. The content on the website is provided and created by the company itself.
Finally, due to the nature of the website, changes or modifications may be made to the content of these Terms. Therefore, any user is obliged to review these Terms every time they access the website, acknowledging that the applicable terms will be those that are in force at the time of access.

THIRD.- PROPER USE OF THE SERVICES
The user agrees to use the Services diligently, correctly, and lawfully and, particularly, it is strictly prohibited to:

  • Use the Services in any way or for any purpose that contravenes the law, morality, good customs, or public order;

FIFTH.- ELECTRONIC CONTRACT WITH THE CLIENT
Matters related to electronic contracts between the client and My Top Tour are reflected in the General Terms section of this website.

SIXTH.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any interpretive or contentious issues that may arise, Spanish law will apply. In case of any dispute, both parties agree to submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond, to the courts of the city of Granada (Spain).
