The website has a public section accessible without the need to provide personal data, intended solely for informational purposes. It also features a section where users must provide personal data to manage and purchase the available tourist packages. During the online purchase process, basic identification data and payment information (via PayPal, MasterCard, or VISA) will be required.
By accessing any part of this website, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must immediately leave the site and refrain from making any purchases (as specified in the European Regulation 679/2016 on data protection policies).

When a user selects a tourism service or product on the website, they will be directed to a calendar to choose the date and time for their selection, depending on availability. Users will also specify the number of participants (adults, students, or children of different age groups).
Bookings are subject to the acceptance of MY TOP TOUR, availability of the selected service or product, and the user’s compliance with these General Terms and Policies.
To complete the booking, the user will fill out a form requiring their full name and email address for sending the booking voucher (“the Voucher”). Optionally, the user may also provide a phone number and additional comments.
After completing the form and accepting the General Terms and Policies, the user will proceed to the payment gateway (“the Gateway”), where they will select a payment method. Once payment is authenticated, the user will receive an automatic booking confirmation via email, finalizing the contract (“the Contract”).
In cases where selected dates or times are unavailable, MY TOP TOUR will offer alternatives to accommodate the user’s preferences.
Failure to attend a tour, late arrivals, or not presenting a valid ID for tours requiring tickets (e.g., Alhambra tours) will not entitle the user to a refund.
Cancellation policies are specified on individual product pages. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].
Per Law 3/2014, users waive their right to withdraw for services provided on specific dates, as outlined in Article 103 of the Consumer Rights Act.
In cases of pandemics or force majeure preventing the tour, a voucher will be issued instead of a refund. This voucher will be valid for two years.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with the following rules:
The discount codes* offered by MY TOP TOUR allow users to access special promotions on certain products or services available on our platform. The application of these codes is subject to the specific conditions of each campaign, including possible limitations on dates, products, territorial scope, or maximum number of uses.
For a discount code to be valid, it must be entered correctly during the purchase process, before the order is confirmed and paid for. It will not be possible to apply discount codes retroactively or combine different codes in the same purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Each code may be subject to specific limitations such as expiry date, limited number of uses or geographical restrictions. In the event of misuse, fraud or violation of the established conditions, MY TOP TOUR reserves the right to cancel or invalidate the code and/or the order in question.
MY TOP TOUR may also request additional information or documentation to verify the user's identity or prevent fraud related to the use of discount codes.
Finally, MY TOP TOUR reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any discount code or promotion without prior notice when there are technical, legal or commercial reasons that justify it.
*Currently, we have the VERANOTOP coupon active, which will be valid until 30 September.
*TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE VELADA15 CODE: The promotional code will only be valid for bookings made on 26 and 30 July, and exclusively for the first 100 confirmed bookings that apply it correctly during the purchase process. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, codes or offers in force, and will only apply to selected products. Once the usage limit has been reached, the code will be automatically deactivated without prior notice. In the event that the discount is not applied due to a technical error, the customer must report this before completing the purchase, as it will not be possible to apply it retroactively. MY TOP TOUR reserves the right to cancel the use of the code in the event of detection of misuse, fraud or violation of these terms.
