MNPQ GESTORES TURÍSTICOS, S.L. is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for:

4. BOOKING PROCESS

When a user selects a tourism service or product on the website, they will be directed to a calendar to choose the date and time for their selection, depending on availability. Users will also specify the number of participants (adults, students, or children of different age groups).

Bookings are subject to the acceptance of MY TOP TOUR, availability of the selected service or product, and the user’s compliance with these General Terms and Policies.

To complete the booking, the user will fill out a form requiring their full name and email address for sending the booking voucher (“the Voucher”). Optionally, the user may also provide a phone number and additional comments.

After completing the form and accepting the General Terms and Policies, the user will proceed to the payment gateway (“the Gateway”), where they will select a payment method. Once payment is authenticated, the user will receive an automatic booking confirmation via email, finalizing the contract (“the Contract”).

In cases where selected dates or times are unavailable, MY TOP TOUR will offer alternatives to accommodate the user’s preferences.


5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Failure to attend a tour, late arrivals, or not presenting a valid ID for tours requiring tickets (e.g., Alhambra tours) will not entitle the user to a refund.

Cancellation policies are specified on individual product pages. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].

Per Law 3/2014, users waive their right to withdraw for services provided on specific dates, as outlined in Article 103 of the Consumer Rights Act.

In cases of pandemics or force majeure preventing the tour, a voucher will be issued instead of a refund. This voucher will be valid for two years.
